The urbanisation of Los Granados de la Duquesa 1 is located
on the edge of the marina of Duquesa
in the province of Manilva in Southern Costa del Sol. 20 minutes
drive west along the coast is Gibraltar;
and Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are within 20 minutes
drive east.
Designed
and built as an up market beach-front development, it consists
of around 80 apartments first occupied mid 2003.
The
same developer (Espacio) also built Los Granados 2 next door.
Los Granados 1 & Los Granados 2 are distinct sites each
seperately managed by the owners and each with their own security,
gardens and pool. We are fortunate in Los Granados l that all
apartments have excellent sea views and that the majority are
used by the owners solely for their own enjoyment.
Our apartment is on the second floor
(there is a lift serving just 5 apartments) with full and
uninterrupted
views
of the garden, pool, beach and sea: the photo below was taken
from the terrace .... without the use of a zoom! The

shows the apartment position from out at sea.
We
are very proud of the decor, fixtures and fittings and upkeep
of our apartment and the comments of the visitors we have
